Career Guidance for Graduates

The Careers and Employability Service at the University of Huddersfield is pleased to offer its services to graduates of the University for up to three years after graduation.  Help with career choice, applications, CVs and interviews can be accessed by contacting the careers service at careers@hud.ac.uk or telephoning 01484 472124.

Library discounts

Alumni members are eligible for a reduced-fee borrowing system at the University's library. For £12.50 (50% reduction) members get a year's borrowing rights.
Please contact the Alumni Office about this offer, to enable your details to be forwarded onto the library.

Fitness Centre discounts

Alumni members are eligible for a graduate membership rate to the University's fitness centre. This will give you access to the fitness centre's state of the art fitness machines and sauna - a fraction of the cost of joining a private health club. Discounted Life Membership of the Students' Union

You might have left University, but you don't have to wave goodbye to student life just yet! Become a life member of the Students' Union - only £8 for Alumni members (usually £10). Benefits include:

• Access to over 40 sports clubs and societies.
• Admittance to the Students' Union for you and 1 guest.
• Free copies of Huddersfield Student (student newspaper, delivered for the price of a stamp!).
