Welcome to the Student Admissions and Records Team

The Student Admissions and Records Team (ARO) has responsibility for processing applications to full-time courses and managing the student record via the University Applicant and Student Information System (ASIS).  Members of the team also deliver training and support to staff across the university, and are heavily involved in the development of ASIS.

A team of twenty staff handle records for more than 23,000 students across three campuses and more than 26,000 applications for full time programmes annually.

We work closely with applicants, students, employers, careers officers, University academic and administrative staff to provide a positive and proactive administrative service in relation to enquiries and applications and to ensure the student record is accurate and timely.

A number of services are provided for students at the Student Support Desk, in the Student Centre, Level 4, Central Services Building.
