The Department of Engineering and Technology provides a high-quality, supportive and friendly environment in which to pursue your studies in electronics and related subjects. Our courses are designed to prepare you for employment as a professional engineer or technologist, so our emphasis is not just on the subject knowledge you require, but also on the professional, practical and personal skills you will need.

Our approach to teaching and learning is to work together with our students, helping them to achieve their maximum potential. Interaction is strongly encouraged in lectures, tutorials and practical sessions where staff discuss areas of interest and provide advice and useful feedback.
