With so many overseas students choosing to come and study in the UK, we are very aware at this University of the costs involved and the sacrifices that families and sponsors make in order to help you achieve your goals.
Therefore Computing and Engineering offers a number of scholarships based on academic merit to help YOU with your tuition fees, whether you are NEW to this University, or as a current or former student here. We assess ALL applications for courses to our School to identify worthy candidates.
Completing your undergrad degree now at Huddersfield? Want to stay on here but money is a problem? Well, you’ll be pleased to know that we are rewarding the loyalty of any final year, overseas undergrads at Huddersfield who choose Huddersfield again for 08-09 entry onto our postgraduate courses.
Computing and Engineering is offering Loyalty Bursaries of £2000 off Overseas Tuition Fees for any of its postgraduate courses. Here are the conditions:
If you’re new to Huddersfield but you have a strong academic record, then you may be eligible for a scholarship of up to £1000 off the first year of your full-time, overseas tuition fees for courses within our School.
All you have to do is apply for a course at our School. If offered a place on a course, all you then have to do is satisfy any Conditions to be accepted onto the course for 2009-10. You must then accept the place and we will then consider you for possible scholarship. We will inform you in writing of any offer of School Scholarship.
We feel this scholarship, plus the cheaper cost of living in Huddersfield (see estimated living costs), will help you have a comfortable life whilst studying with us.
