Introduction

Bill Gates recently argued that every significant technological innovation of the 21st Century will require new software to make it happen and that the shortage of suitably qualified computing professionals is threatening the competitiveness of the USA and Europe. This range of courses has been designed to provide you with the capabilities required to play a major role in the development of future software based innovations.

You will study a common first year and then have the opportunity to specialise in software development, computing science or multimedia. The software development option allows you to develop your skills in systems modelling and prototyping, software production and object oriented systems development. Computing science allows you to focus on the writing of software and the development of operating systems and language translators. The multimedia option will provide you with an introduction to visual design and the authoring and production of interactive media.

If you are interested in learning about how these courses will enhance your prospects in a challenging, rewarding and exciting profession experiencing massive growth, then feel free to contact us.
