The vast majority of our marketing graduates find jobs in a field of their choice within six months of graduating. Typical positions include: marketing executive, brand manager, assistant product manager, public relations executive, trainee store manager and events marketing executive.

Placement

Opting for a placement year can improve your graduate earning potential and vastly improve your chances of a better degree classification. Business School students who completed a placement year were three times more likely to achieve a 2:1 or 1st degree award than those students who didn't (TQEF Survey 2006).

Companies that have offered placement positions include Jaguar, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Microsoft, Debenhams, BMW, Caterpillar and Hewlett Packard.

The Marketing Society (MSoc) is run by students for students and acts as a social network bringing together first, second and final years.
