Handling violence and aggression within the workplace

This training is delivered through the university's Blackboard virtual learning environment. It concludes with a multiple choice assessment to demonstrate delegate understanding of the training material.

To give staff exposed to potentially confrontational situations with awareness of what they can do to ensure their personal safety.
