University of Huddersfield – Tuition Fee Deposit Payments

Most conditional offers require you to pay a deposit towards your tuition fees before we can issue a Certificate of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), which you then use to obtain a student visa to travel to the UK.

Paying a deposit towards your tuition fees will demonstrate to the Entry Clearance Officer that you are a serious applicant with the funds to support yourself in the UK, and will help you to secure a visa.

However, if your visa application is refused for some reason, then we will return your deposit in full.

The most convenient way to pay your tuition fee deposit is to make a payment on-line using our secure website.

What you will need.

Your Conditional Offer Letter details stating the amount of deposit that you must pay and your University of Huddersfield student number.
A Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express or Maestro (Switch) card in order to make a payment.

What you need to do.

First you will be asked to register as a new user and create a personal account with a password of your choice. Your parents or sponsor can also register and make a payment on your behalf if necessary.
Then you can login to the payment system, using your student number and your new password, and make a payment.

Don’t forget that students who make full payment in advance (before 31 August for September starts and before 31 December for January starts) will be awarded a 5% discount on tuition fees.
