Patrick Stewart Scholarships for International Students 2009/10 - CLOSED

Introduction

The Chancellor of the University of Huddersfield, Patrick Stewart, gives up his time freely in support of the University because he believes passionately in giving students access to high quality education.
Patrick says

“The University of Huddersfield is a first class University that traces its origins to 1825 when the Huddersfield Scientific and Mechanics Institute was established. My strong belief is that all students, from whatever background, should have the opportunity to benefit from Higher Education. In particular I recognise how important it is for students from across the world to experience the excellence of UK Higher Education, and what the University of Huddersfield has to offer. I am delighted and honoured that the University has created International Scholarships in my name.”

The scholarships are in the form of contributions to the tuition fee and the following scholarships will be available for 2009/10:
