Next Huddersfield (Queensgate) Open Day:
Thursday 17 June 2010
With over 53,000 courses on offer across the UK at over 300 different locations, extensive research is essential for all applicants to ensure the right choice is made.
For undergraduate courses, UCAS is the best website to start with. The course search section allows you to reference all UK-based courses and to establish what the entry requirements are.
Once you have ordered and digested the information found in a university prospectus, course brochure or web pages, you are strongly advised to visit at least two or more university open days. These events are designed specifically to give you an idea of what to expect should you choose a particular course at Huddersfield, our Barnsley campus or our Oldham campus.

In 2009, over 8,000 people visited one of our Open Days to find out more about our courses and studying at the University of Huddersfield.
Booking is highly recommended for our Open Days so that you can then be sent an e-mail allowing you to book onto talks, presentations and accommodation tours and create a personalised timetable for the day.
If you have a disability or other support needs, please contact the Schools and Colleges Liaison Service in advance of your visit to ensure that we are able to provide the appropriate support: Telephone (01484) 472282
