Student Finance Office Opening times

The Student Finance Office is located in the Student Centre on Level 4 of the Central Services Building on the main Queensgate Campus.

Opening hours for the main office are: 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Opening hours for the Cash Office are 10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:00pm Term time

9.00am - 1.00pm Vacation time.

Staff in the Student Finance Office are available to support and advise all students regarding financial issues.

The Student Finance Office provide:

• Information and guidance regarding possible sources of funding for all courses in the University.
• Budgeting advice to discuss a variety of options and strategies in order to manage on a budget.
• Facilities for the billing and payment of income to be collected by the University.
• Debt advice via personal and confidential sessions is available from trained staff along with mediation and resolution.

PLEASE NOTE: There are currently several "Pay-Day Loan" companies targeting university students who haven't received their student finance yet. Please beware of these companies (some with interest rates as high as 3000% APR). If you are having problems in receiving your funding from Student Finance England, come and see the finance desk and we will see if there is any help available.
