We think The Faith Centre is probably one of the most relaxing places on campus. We've got sofa's, kettles, tea coffee and biscuits, and sometimes even cake!
Our aim is to serve all the students and staff here at the university - people of different faiths and people with none. We hope to provide a place that's welcoming and fun, a place of community and friendship where there is space to encourage reflection and support you on your journey.
You're welcome to just drop in and chill, chat with one of the chaplains, join in with any of our events and services or get involved with one of the student faith groups who meet here.

The Faith Centre operates an 'all welcome' policy, and is open for people to drop in and chat, to meet and make friends, drink coffee, eat lunch, or to just be quiet.
The Community Room in Brunswick Annex is open from 8.00am until 9.00pm every day in term time and someone from the Chaplaincy team is usually on site (or on campus) from 10.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
The Quiet Room in Brunswick Annex is available for individuals to book for prayers, meetings and services. The room can be booked through the Faith Centre office in Brunswick Annex. Groups or individuals booking events or inviting guests into the Faith Centre must inform the Faith Centre Office. Details required are listed on the Faith Centre room booking form.
The male and female prayer rooms are open in Sports Hall Undercroft 24 hours Monday to Sunday with the exception of daily cleaning Monday to Friday 7.00am to 8.00am. Please note that any users accessing the prayer rooms out of hours must follow the requirements for use outlined in the Faith Centre user agreement linked below.
There are bookable multi-faith prayer rooms at the University Campuses Barnsley and Oldham. Call at reception for details.
In person - we are based in the Brunswick Annex/Sports Hall Waist - entry via the pathway between the International Study Centre and the Sports Hall.
The Community Room, Quiet Room and Faith Centre office are based in Brunswick Annex.
The prayer rooms are based in Sports Hall Undercroft, entry from Wakefield Road car park.
